About (1)

Fancy meeting you here.

I'm a lot of things, but in short: I’m a UX Content & Information Architecture Designer who translates the complicated into the comprehensible.

Prior to UX, I worked in medical publishing and communications. As an Editorial Manager at a medical journal, I worked with psychiatry residents to shape their data-heavy submissions into narrative articles that would appeal to medical professionals across specialties. And while working in communications, I often found myself taking the content clients proposed and simplifying it for a broader, non-specialist audience.

I'm deeply methodical and evidence-focused. I cut through extraneous information to pinpoint the deeper issue and validate my conclusions through research. Then, I combine design and language to shape understanding.

Outside of work, you'll find me with a coffee in hand, probably walking, reading, baking, or embroidering. Some of those hobbies are harder to do with one hand clutching a cold brew, but I'm basically a master at this point.

I am based in Northern Virginia.
